Housewatch
Our HOUSEWATCH service can help you meet your insurance requirements when you are away. Standard home insurance policies may not cover damage that occurs if a house is vacant and not regularly inspected. We will schedule random checks, respond to alarms and we can customize our service by varying interior lighting and window coverings or picking up the mail so that your home continues to look occupied.
Value Added
Our patrollers are mainly veterans of the Canadian Forces or the RCMP. We have strong relationships with local police departments and other emergency services who can be called to a scene. We also provide proof of service to our clients with a record of any action taken in response to an incident.
We have two levels of mobile security service:
Basic Patrols
- Inspection and securing of the exterior of a building and a security sweep of surrounding property.
Enhanced Patrols
- Basic service plus an inspection of vital interior areas in a building.
Commissionaires will:
- Enter your home during an alarm when neighbours or friends may be reluctant to do so;
- Conduct a thorough inspection around your home and inside as well if you choose our Enhanced Patrol service;
- Coordinate with police or other responders as required; and
- Remain on site until your home is secure.
